Zarf asks Bianca out for New Year’s Eve and she accepts. Her attraction to Zarf is about to make sense… Annie tells Kendall that she’s really starting to fall for Ryan. Meanwhile, Kendall gets the DNA proof that Ryan is indeed Emma’s father. Will she tell Ryan the truth?

Liz’s guilt over keeping the paternity of her baby a secret grows stronger when a pregnant patient admits to Liz that her husband is not the father of her baby. When the woman almost loses her baby, Liz gets very freaked out. When she later gets into a car crash, her own baby secret is revealed to both Lucky and Jason. And, while Lulu tries to get Dillon’s help in finding out who really killed Rick Webber, Monica tries to stop him.
