AMC: Alexa Havins (Babe) Out!

SOD has confirmed that Alexa Havins will exit her role as Babe Carey on October 8th and have already recasted with Amanda Baker (Jolene from GH: Night Shift) is in and first airs on October 8th. This is no mistake- it is the same day with Alexa’s Babe hugging Krystal and when they part it will be Amanda. I really hate same-day recasts, it just seems so hokey and unprofessional- well that’s only my opinion. Here is a picture of the new Babe, Amanda Baker.

    Thank goodness for TIVO because I had to rewind 4 times thinking I was seeing things! How can they do this? Why would they do this in the same episode? Suddenly the story I was watching became so “pretend”. Alexa Havins was great from day 1. I wish her the very best and pray she comes back!
