ALL MY CHILDREN: Richie finds the hole Zach and Greenlee fell in, which leads them to believe they’re going to be rescued. Wanting to make sure Zach can never blame him for the hit and run, Richie covers the hole with a metal plate. J.R. shocks Adam when he confesses to Derek that he suffered a drunken blackout the night Zach went missing and has no idea what happened. Tad visits J.R. in jail and is proud he took responsibility for his actions. Amanda’s heart breaks when she visits an institutionalized Janet, whose new medication causes memory loss. Erica is hit hard when Jack tells her he no longer loves her and walks out. Babe gets word that Richie is in the hospital suffering from pneumonia, and she and Annie rush there. Babe urges Annie to make peace with Richie, as he may not survive. Richie makes a deathbed confession to Annie and admits to all his crimes. He gets Annie to retrieve a vial of something that could kill him and asks her to put him out of his misery.
SNEAK PEEK: Ryan is on to Richie.

ONE LIFE TO LIVE: Clint makes it clear to Dorian that he simply can’t forgive and forget her transgression with David, and he ends their relationship. Alex claims she’s divorcing David because he slept with Dorian. David is crestfallen when Alex claims that she’s flat broke, so their prenup is meaningless. Alex drives off and is unaware that she accidentally hit Dorian, who lies unconscious in the bushes. Jared decides he is going to pose as Asa’s son and argues for Nigel to back up his claim. John makes a valuable discovery in Patrick’s book of poetry, as he and Ramsey head to Ireland. Marty realizes that Patrick’s best friend, Simon, is behind her and Cole’s kidnapping. Simon demands that Marty turn over the list of names he knows Patrick left her, but she insists she knows nothing about it. John and Ramsey set out to rescue Marty and Cole. Cristian and Sarah kiss. Marcie wonders what she’ll do when her money is gone — and she fears her luck may have run out.
SNEAK PEEK: Blair admits her love to Todd.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Despite Monica’s edict that he stay away, Carly talks Jason into attending Emily’s funeral. In order to respect Monica’s wishes, Jason stays in the back of the church. As she gives a eulogy to Emily, Elizabeth sees Jason. After the service, Jason and Elizabeth collapse into each other’s arms. Lucky tells Elizabeth he will never forgive her. Jason feels out of place when he sees Lucky with Jake and Cameron. Nikolas is stunned to discover that not only can he see Emily, he can touch her. Emily becomes sad upon realizing she’s really dead. Nikolas thinks he’s insane but doesn’t care as long as it means he gets to be with Emily. The mystery strangler sets out to claim another victim. Carly wants to have Jax’s child. Zacchara survives the fall but is rendered paralyzed from the neck down. Monica informs Luke that he’ll surely die if he doesn’t have bypass surgery. Monica blames Sonny for destroying her family and taking her children away from her.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Jason and Zacchara engage in a vicious fight, with Jason eventually getting the upper hand and firing two shots into Zacchara’s chest. Zacchara dives off the turret and lands on the awning below, barely clinging to life. Robin uses a portable defibrillator to jumpstart Luke’s heart before he’s evacuated off the island. Luke undergoes emergency surgery, but Tracy learns he still isn’t out of the woods and will need a bypass. Johnny seals his fate when he aligns himself with Trevor. Nikolas is distraught after finding Emily’s body in his bed. Carly, Jason and Lulu realize there really is a text message killer on the loose. Skye takes action when Ric refuses to submit to surgery until he knows that Alexis is OK. Ric and Alexis decide to try to be friends for the sake of their daughter. Carly decides she, Jax, Mike and Bobbie should give the boys a perfect Thanksgiving Day. Although yearning for one another, Patrick and Robin go their separate ways on the holiday. Lulu and Logan share an unconventional Thanksgiving together.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Nikolas goes into a rage as he rails to be released after Emily sticks to her resolve and leaves him locked in the wine closet. Emily returns to find the closet empty. Zacchara leaves Luke to die from his massive heart attack. Scott and Logan manage to get Luke to Emily, who tends to him using Edward’s heart medication that Tracy has with her. Nikolas fills with anger when he sees Jason with Emily, and a vicious brawl breaks out between the men. Jason manages to get the upper hand on Nikolas and ties him to a chair to restrain him. Skye advises Trevor that it’s not too late to try to salvage his relationship with Ric. Sonny and Kate make their way to Ric, who takes a turn for the worse. Sonny checks on the situation in the ballroom. Sonny returns to the study to find Jerry unconscious and Kate missing. Kate is at the mercy of a madman. Sonny rescues Kate but suffers a gunshot wound in the process. Kate fears her time with Sonny has come to an end.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Elizabeth is overwhelmed with relief when Jason reveals himself to her. Kate makes it perfectly clear she wants to be with Sonny despite the warnings he offers about his life. Patrick tells Ric there’s a chance he could save him, but he warns the procedure could kill him. A band of mercenaries open fire on Jax, Jerry and Sam, as they try to repair the supply ship and find a way off the island. Lucky ends up on the receiving end of another one of Nikolas’ rage episodes. Trevor returns to Ric’s side to find Patrick contemplating guerilla surgery as the only option in trying to save Ric’s life. Sonny gives Ric the needed blood transfusion. Alexis is clearly worried about Ric, as his condition worsens. She is hiding an ailment of her own: Her appendix is about to burst. Jerry vows to get her to the hospital. Tracy arrives and injures herself when she falls down the stairs. Luke administers to Tracy as they’re stuck together with Scott for the duration of the storm.

SNEAK PEEK: Luke is near death.

So it finally appears that two couples are finally greenlit to be together: Jason/Liz and Sonny/Kate. I am happy that they will find happiness although many would disagree with that assertion. Ric is lingering near death- I can’t wait to see what is in store for my favorite DA, I hope he doesn’t die. What makes it even better is that his brother Sonny will give him the blood that he needs to live. And another medical crisis is when Alexis’ appendix is about to burst, now talk about drama! I love that there is some more action this week on the island- GH is so good at doing action storylines. What fun, fun, fun it will be to see Tracy, Scott and Luke stuck together in a storm. There are so many possibilities of what could happen- for sure the comedy content will be amazing! On another note, I hope that Luke does not die off or “die off”(presumed death)- we just got Tony Geary back from vacation and anyways Port Charles will never be the same without Luke Spencer.

Nikolas is just pushing it in the creepy factor, I really wonder what is up with this Dark Prince. I think that maybe the writers are trying to play tricks with us and that he truly is not homicidal but then it is so obvious. I really hope that viewers can adjust their mindset to a step by step reworking of the events that led up to a murder because it would be hard to follow. If they make Nikolas the killer then it’s quite clear that his days are numbered and as far as I am concerned he is not on the chopping block.

So that brings us to suspect #2, Anthony Zacchara- the crazy mobster; I know he means well concerning his son, Johnny, but he has a strange way of showing love. By doing these really strange and crazy things, what is Wyndemere to do with all these crazies roaming the halls? I really don’t see the point of having his character around unless he has a link to Port Charles. I think it would be quite fun for Anthony to be Sonny’s father then that would provide him a cool link to Sonny’s world. He can reveal to Sonny that he gave him life and thus should control the mob world- that would be the ultimate battle Father Vs. Son.

Then there’s Coop Barrett, who Carly is convinced is the killer- that may be a hard sell for a couple of reasons. He has been trying for some time to become a respectable, good citizen and why would he want to revert back to his bad past. Or maybe he is being put up to this by an even bigger fish, ala Stavros Cassadine for example. Now that would be a huuuuge stretch to say that Stavros is involved but hey stranger things have happened. If they can bring him back from the dead once, they sure as hell can do it again.

I was quite amused by the other scenes today from the dancing with the couples which included Elizabeth and Lucky. I really don’t want them back together but they were so meant for each other that it feels wrong to root against them. From Alexis and Ric arguing about her date, Jerry, now that is what these events are for- to bring these odd couples together just before a huge drama-filled crisis- I really love November Sweeps, my favorite month for soaps.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Luke breaks into Ric’s office and finds his damaging file on Logan. Lucky asks Sam to be his date for the ball. Georgie is crushed when she hears Nadine accepting Spinelli’s invitation to go to the ball. Elizabeth and Lulu mend fences after Elizabeth reveals she knows that Lulu learned the truth about Jason being Jake’s father some time ago. After the ball, Nikolas wakes to find a dead person lying beside him. The clock is turned back 11 hours to see all of Port Charles readying themselves for the Black and White Ball at Wyndemere. Nikolas proposes to Emily, who happily accepts. Carly is intent on continuing her dangerous game of trying to lure out Leticia’s killer. Spinelli inadvertently pours out his heart to Lulu, thinking she’s Nadine, as both women are wearing nearly identical gowns. Ric is shocked to see Alexis attending the ball with Jerry. Robin watches Patrick enjoying the evening with Leyla. Elizabeth, Sam and Lucky witness Nikolas flying into a rage episode and going off on Emily. Sonny shocks Kate with the news that Trevor ordered the attempted hit on him in Puerto Rico.

SNEAK PEEK: Ric clings to life.

This week on GH will shake Port Charles to the core, I wonder who the real killer is, saying Nikolas is just too obvious. I would like the killer to be Trevor, then that will be a good way to finally get rid of that character. I love epic events like this but it is becoming to be more like the Metro Court hostage crisis, they are almost mirroring the storyline. I am glad that Liz and Lulu will mend their relationship- I would like to see them as friends again. Jerry with Alexis is just a very sizzling combo- I hope the www.fictionscribe.com/weekly-writing-challenge-and-haitus/ have more in store for this duo. I wonder what will get Ric admitted to the hospital, my guess is either his life was attempted by the killer or Nikolas beat him down, anyways I am glad Ric gets to feel the pain he exacts on everyone. This week, and including all ABC soaps will be special, mark it down in the calendar!

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Sonny witnesses Zacchara’s insanity firsthand when Zacchara threatens to kill everyone Sonny loves and then calmly turns the conversation back to gardening. After returning to Port Charles, Sonny tells Jason that Zacchara is certifiably insane and that Trevor is the one who’s really calling the shots. Logan surprises Lulu when he ends things with her. Kate admits to Sonny she knows he’s bipolar and is completely accepting of his condition. Lucky and Sam are reunited and make love. Jerry tells Sam he’ll kill Lucky if she doesn’t seduce Trevor. Lucky and Elizabeth abruptly put a halt to the divorce and child custody proceedings. Sonny tells Kate he needs to fly to Puerto Rico immediately. Jason cautions Spinelli about fathering Robin’s baby and then not being a part of the child’s life. Spinelli freezes up when it’s time for him to make his contribution and calls in Jason to substitute. Robin understands why Jason can’t be the father of her child.

Here a couple of videos of previews of the next couple of November Sweeps on General Hospital, and Port Charles sure will be rocked to the core. Per SID, Nikolas and Emily will hold a Black and White Ball for the hospital and to honor Alan Quartermaine. And, naturally, all hell will break loose. And, Guza will copy the Metro Court storyline and tell the storyline in reverse, hour by hour sort of like the FOX show 24. Anyways it looks very interesting and I’m sure it will get some lost viewers back on watching GH. Here are the videos:

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Jax explains his theory that Nikolas might have killed Leticia to Carly. Carly later arrives and pushes Nikolas toward a violent episode when she questions whether or not he could have murdered Leticia. Nick tells Emily that he’s going to have Patrick run every test possible to find out what’s wrong with him before he hurts someone he loves. Trevor hears Zacchara raging at his son and cautions Johnny not to disobey his father or innocent people will die. Elizabeth seems optimistic about the future, as Emily helps her move into her new house. Alexis and Diane are like two barracudas when they go to battle over Lucky and Elizabeth’s divorce. Patrick realizes Robin is going to ask Jax to be the father of her child and calls on Carly to nip those plans in the bud. Lucky and Elizabeth drift further apart when they fight over the children. Robin and Patrick continue to argue about her wanting to have a baby sooner rather than later. Robin sees Lucky as her next potential donor.

SNEAK PEEK: Logan tells Lulu goodbye.

Robin is really desperate to have a child and Jax would have been the perfect candidate , his genes are golden. Then when Carly coerces Jax to draw out, she sees Lucky as her next potential donor- very interesting being that this would be his first biological child. Why not ask someone like Ned, I wish he was still on full time- he was a really fun character. Diane and Alexis will do battle in divorce court- now that is must-see tv. The theory that Nikolas killed Leticia is gaining steam and it looks quite plausible; but then again Johnny is as good a suspect as anyone. I see so much potential for Tyler Christopher (Nikolas) and he could nab his fourth Daytime Emmy nomination and first win- he deserves it for his nice, long career in the soap operas.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Nikolas finds himself in an alley holding a bloody knife, as Jerry is brought into the emergency room suffering from a stab wound. Jerry lies to Mac and claims a stranger attacked him in the alley. Jerry confirms Emily’s fears when he tells her that Nikolas was the person who stabbed him — and he later reveals the same to Jax. Nikolas goes into denial when Emily tells him about Jerry’s claim. Lucky threatens to file for sole custody of Jake unless Elizabeth gives in to his demands. Scott tells Lulu he will give up guardianship of Laura if she makes up with Logan. Lulu takes the offer. Robin realizes she wants a baby, even if it means being a single mother. Robin makes a list of possible fathers. Jason traps Johnny. Carly is upset when she learns Jax may help Kate start a new magazine. An unseen figure snaps a photo of Jax and Carly in an intimate moment. Coop tells Maxie she is going to end up alone and lonely.

SNEAK PEEK: Sonny meets his enemy.

So Nikolas is going to have a flagship storyline with his mysterious black outs and stabbing Jerry, this storyline is turning out to be scary. I wonder if he was the person who killed Leticia but why would he be near her to begin with, anyways it would be a quick out for this exciting, new storyline. The Dark Prince is finally to show his colors after years of being behind the innocent Nikolas- they should totally play the storyline this way, not a split personality but when he sleeps he does these things in his sleep that he can’t control. I’ve heard of this in current events with certain sleeping drugs that compel people to sleepwalk and possibly drive, it’s a scary reality and I would love to see it be played on-screen.

Scott really is a great father, even if he doesn’t show it too much on the surface- willing to give up Laura, the woman he never got over, for his son, Logan. I hope that Scott has a permanent base in Port Charles because it would be a shame to have him leave after a triumphant, exciting tenure in 2007. Now only if GH can find a way to get back Genie Francis to finally clear up this storyline of Laura’s custody, now that Luke is coming back.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Diane unloads on Trevor when he smugly tells Sonny that he had Kate fired from “Couture.” Diane clashes with Alexis over which one of them should handle Lucky and Elizabeth’s divorce. The tension between Lucky and Elizabeth increases as they argue about lawyers and reopen old wounds. Lulu refuses to forgive Logan. After realizing he lost a chunk of time, Nikolas admits to Emily that something is wrong with him. Robin is having a hard time getting over Patrick. DNA tests prove Scott and Logan are father and son. Carly admits to Jason that she doesn’t think Johnny killed Leticia, but she later warns Lulu to stay away from Johnny at all costs. Lulu tells Johnny she wants nothing to do with him, but her actions later belie her words. Her heart broken by Coop, Maxie appears at Logan’s door looking for revenge. Skye eavesdrops as Trevor orders Ric to find someone to pin Leticia’s murder on and leave Johnny’s name out of it.

SNEAK PEEK: Nikolas turns violent.

This storyline with Nikolas is very fresh, I am very invested into what is happening to this Dark Prince. Trevor is really showing his true colors to everyone especially Kate and thankfully she now sees this side to him. Skye pops up this week, I was really beginning to think TPTB were going to slowly faze her out. Scott is Logan’s father, like there was any question- their mannerisms, voice and physical looks are very alike, what a great casting job Mark Teschner!

Spinelli needs to open his eyes to other options because clearly LuLu’s interested in either Johnny or Logan. They would be so good together but that Dylan cloud is hanging over her- I’m sure he’ll come back sometime soon, either by recast or reprisal. He invited her to stay over Jason’s, and she just walks all over him most of the time. This bitch needs to learn to be more self-sufficient and get a job and work her way up the ladder. Now that would be a storyline worth watching- going through the daily, hard grind like the rest of us.

Liz is another one on my hate list- JUST TELL LUCKY HE’S NOT JAKE’S FATHER! She had many, many opportunities to tell him, time is running out- the secret’s been kept too long. He will totally disown her after it all comes out- I am so sick of Liz. This is so much great material for Greg Vaughan (Lucky) rather than for Rebecca Herbst (Liz)- I see so many layers in the scenes that he shares with GH’s fine actors and actresses. If he isn’t at least nominated next year, I will be surprised and disappointed in the Blue Ribbon panel.

I love my girl, Maxie, she tells it like it is and I LOVE characters like that. It’s like she is in the same vein as us, the viewers, she’s absolutely amazing. She even upstages LuLu in her scenes; Kirsten Storms (Maxie) has totally transformed Maxie into a love to hate character and I love her for that. She is the best younger actor on the show- the best ever since Jonathan Jackson left all those years ago.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Trevor threatens Ric’s life when Ric get confirmation of his connections to Zacchara. Jerry makes it clear to Jax and Carly that they aren’t safe on Sonny’s island. Jax vows to protect his family, and he and Carly decide to return to Port Charles with the boys. Lulu chooses to move in with Jason and Spinelli, and later gets a message from Johnny. Jason confesses to Elizabeth that several people know the truth about him being Jake’s father and that Sam is one of them. Jason also tells Elizabeth all about Sam’s misdeeds and explains why she’ll keep their secret. Carly crosses the line when she forbids Jason to get involved with Elizabeth. Lucky and Elizabeth decide their marriage is over. Elizabeth plans to raise her sons as a single mother. Kate receives a sentence of community service to be carried out at the hospital. Jerry taunts Nikolas when he confronts him. Georgie asks Spinelli what he’ll do if Lulu never falls in love with him. Nikolas violently attacks Logan and later admits to Alfred that he’s been having blackouts.

SNEAK PEEK: Nikolas scares Emily.

Liz is making a very extreme decision to raise her children as a single mother, single motherhood is seldom showcased on soap operas, let alone General Hospital. Nikolas is getting these violent outbursts, could the dark prince be coming out to play? All this rage that has built up in the past years is finally being shown on the surface or maybe Nik is harboring a split personality. Kate has to serve her community service at General Hospital- that’s where all of them serve community service- why not a homeless shelter or cleaning up a park.

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Kate is taken to the hospital, where it’s determined she has a high level of alcohol in her system — but she denies that she had a drink. Sonny is angry with Jason for questioning his orders and not killing Trevor. Lucky and Sam have no regrets after sleeping together. Emily encourages Jason to go after Elizabeth. Patrick bristles when he sees Robin with Jason. Maxie shatters Lulu’s happiness when she smugly tells her that she and Logan slept together. Trevor is unsettled to learn that Zacchara’s son Johnny is coming to Port Charles. Distraught after her break up with Logan, Lulu starts hitchhiking and is picked up by Johnny. Nikolas experiences another rage episode. Scott is sympathetic to Logan’s feelings over losing the one good thing in his life. Jason and Johnny end up in a potentially deadly standoff. Lulu explains to Jason that Johnny didn’t do anything to hurt her. Jax reunites with Carly and the boys on the island. Someone is watching Jax and Carly. Alexis finds herself on the receiving end of Nikolas’ rage.

SNEAK PEEK: Elizabeth and Lucky split up.

What a powerful week we have ahead, I especially like that Scott has sympathy for his son- their one good moment together. Nikolas is developing some sort of rage, I wonder what that is all about. Johnny Zacchara could prove to be a very pivotal character in the coming months, I wonder what he looks like. And finally Liz and Lucky break up- that was months in the making.

It sure was nice for GH to go back to the past, with reminding us of Jimmy Lee Holt and how this whole Logan situation mirrors it. He was a character on long ago that was Edward’s illegitimate son- who knows maybe he is Logan’s father. They can bring him back and reintroduce him to past fans and new fans alike, trust me- they will like him. In this crime-heavy soap, it sure is nice to have to light scenes such as today with the Qs.

Thank you Robin for finally leaving Patrick- my hope for this couple was fading fast. I will fully blame Patrick because at least Robin tried working at it, while Dr. Drake couldn’t resist the attraction of Slayla (Leila) , my pet name for her because she just slayed a potential good couple. Maybe he just needs a nice couple of months to clearly assess his life and realize that Robin was the only thing right in it.

Why do TPTB have to subject us to Trevor, as heavily as they do, he’s important to current storyline but he’s a recurring cast member. He signed on for minimal coverage at best, this is completely off and I hope that he gets a needed vacation or a dirt nap soon.

Finally the real Jerry can be seen, he is not this international criminal- he is a guy that would do anything to protect his family. I would even go as far as to say that he has a bigger role in this whole storyline than Sonny- he just got mixed up in it. The way he gave orders to Sam, like she is his seductress extraordinare is great, sort of reminds me of slightly different Get Smart.

Also, TPTB please spare us the misery of any chance of Liz and Lucky getting back together. They are too far apart now to ever make up- time has sure tested them but it’s time for them to hit a clean break. Lucky has not given any reason why he should be chosen by Liz-if you count the past year of hell he put her through, he sure as hell doesn’t deserve a second chance at all.
