Late-Breaking News:
Greenlee’s arrested!
Zach & Kendall’s failure to communicate blows up in their faces, & in Greenlee’s.
Kendall overhears Greenlee’s comments & interprets them as Greenlee wanting to take Kendall’s children. Kendall sets things up so that it seems that Greenlee is kidnapping Spike. When the cops arrive & find the diary entries, it seems that Greenlee is obsessed w/ Spike.

At the police station, Greenlee is stunned that her best friend could be so calculating & purposely menacing in retaliation for what to Greenlee was truly an accident.

When Kendall talks to Zach, she realizes that Greenlee was referring to her own possible children, not to Spike & Ian. It’s because of Zach’s revenge scheme that Greenlee had hope that her embryos survived & that she could be a mom. Kendall plans to admit that she framed Greenlee, but before she can, Greenlee, on Aidan’s advice, pleads guilty. Aidan arranges for the court sprinkler system to go off, & in the ensuing chaos poses as a firefighter & carries Greenlee to safety.

OLTL: Tonja Walker (Alex Olanov) Returns!

Wednesday, October 17th, 2007

8591668451press1017200760754PM.jpg

Alex Olanov, played by the wonderful actress Tonja Walker, returns to Llanview to revert back to her scheming ways with a little help from David Vickers (Tuc Watkins). As previously reported, current Desperate Housewives star Tuc Watkins will return to “One Life to Live” in November but he will have some interesting company in Alex. Alex Olanov was last seen at Asa’s funeral in August- where she found out that David Vickers was Asa’s long-lost son and I’m quite sure she’s milking this for all its worth. In her true fashion, Alex hunts David down and brings him back to Llanview, all the while determined to get her hands on his inheritance money.

Walker originated the role of black widow Alex Olanov in 1990. After leaving “OLTL” in 1997, she would return for brief appearances in 2001, 2002, and earlier this year in celebration of the daytime drama’s 10,000th episode. In addition to “OLTL,” Walker’s other soap roles include Lizbeth Bachman on “Capitol” from 1982-1986, Olivia St. John Jerome on “General Hospital” from 1988-1990, Marie Green on “Guiding Light” from 2003-2004, and Grace Nancier on “Passions” in 2007.

A former Miss Teen All-American in 1979, Walker earned the title of Miss Maryland USA the following year. Later that year, she finished seventh in the nationally televisedMiss USA pageant. Earlier this year she produced and co-starred in a Family Film, which also stars Bill Cobbs, William R. Moses, and “High School Musical’s” Zac Efron.

Look for Walker to briefly return as Alex beginning November 1st.

Christina Chambers (Marty Saybrooke) has been fired, no other information is available. I think that this is the case of an actress that just doesn’t fit into a re-casted role- she’s a fine actress and I am sure she can get another great acting gig.

AMC: Alexa Havins (Babe) Out!

Tuesday, September 4th, 2007

SOD has confirmed that Alexa Havins will exit her role as Babe Carey on October 8th and have already recasted with Amanda Baker (Jolene from GH: Night Shift) is in and first airs on October 8th. This is no mistake- it is the same day with Alexa’s Babe hugging Krystal and when they part it will be Amanda. I really hate same-day recasts, it just seems so hokey and unprofessional- well that’s only my opinion. Here is a picture of the new Babe, Amanda Baker.

GH: Annie Wersching (Amelia) Leaving for Greener Pastures

Tuesday, September 4th, 2007

According to SOD online,Annie Wersching (Amelia) has been cast as Agent Renee Walker on 24. No word yet on if she will be recast. They could always bring back the other woman who played Amelia or she could be one of the upcoming casualties on GH. One thing I do wish is the best for her, this is a great opportunity!

OLTL: New Character Announced

Monday, August 20th, 2007

Former DAYS Actress Farah Fath’s new character on One Life to Live finally has a name, Gigi Morasco. Executive Producer Frank Valentini will say little more. “[Her story] is going to be a total surprise,” he teases. “Everybody’s just going to have to tune in. She’s a very exciting performer and I’m really looking forward to working with her.” After spending the summer in her hometown of Lexington, KY, Fath reports to work in September and will start airing on October 24.

GH Actor Out

Thursday, August 16th, 2007

According to SID, Kiko Ellsworth is leaving GH of his own accord. I wonder if they will recast the role once again- too bad because I thought he really fit in with the GH cast-one with limited minority actors.

Star returns to OLTL in September

Friday, August 10th, 2007

Tuc Watkins(David Vickers) will be returning to the One Life to Live canvas in September. I believe it will be to reveal that he is the secret Buchanan son. Spencer knew all along but wanted to believe that he was Asa’s son. This will bring a great dynamic to the Buchanan family- hopefully he will stay on a long contract.

AMC Casting Scoop

Tuesday, July 31st, 2007

As per SOD- Stacy Haiduk will return as Hannah Nichols on Sept.14, 2007.

We will presumably find out whether Zach slept with her or not before she left town in May. I love that they will address this so soon, rather, than waiting ten months to see if she returns with child.
