Ok, Humor Me.

Let’s forget about this ongoing Sonny/Carly/Jax saga. Been there done that, over and over and over again. Kinda like the energizer bunny. It keeps going and going and going. YAWN!. They’ve dragged this storyline for so long now I’m so bored with it.

Although I am enjoying Maxi and Lulu’s interaction these days. Those two can fight. No matter how many times I hear their dialouge, it’s still funny:

LULU : “Well at least I didn’t have to drug Dillon to sleep with me”

MAXI : “I’m not the one who got pregnant and got an abortion”

I think Maxi has forgotten that women have choices these days. It’s called Pro-Choice or Pro-Life. But then again she conveniently forgot not to sleep with a married man either so OI VEY!

Lulu has 3 guys + 1 saving her, eventhough the girl can take care of herself pretty well, while Maxi has Coop.

Anyhooooooooooooo, delving into what this post is really about. Sam McCall. I’m sorry to say it but she’s looking more and more like a 2 cents whore. Not the “regular person who does heroic things” that her show is supposed to be all about. How would the public react to someone with an ugly hair do, red lipstick and ugly clothes?. She looked good in the green dress though I admit, but her teased hair looked like crap. Amelia is turning her into a glamorous TV babe but the outcome doesn’t show it. The hair and make-up people must either hate Kelly Monaco or they should all be fired. Sorry about the picture quality. I forgot to set my flash with this one.

I know the storyline is supposed to be about building her up and then to tear her down to shreds once she’s loved by everyone but turning her into a 2 cents whore look-a-like doesn’t make sense. Kelly is a beautiful actress but these days she’s wearing too much make-up I don’t even recognize the character she’s playing anymore. I know Sam had many aliases and Amelia is trying to exploit that but the show she’s supposed to be hosting doesn’t match her recent makeover. I don’t mean to be redundant, but dammit she looks like crap.

My only consolation on all these is that her “fame” hasn’t gotten over her head yet. She prefers ordering chinese food with her boyfriend and cuddling in the couch. Let’s hope it stays that way. I can see Amelia interferring with that though. When that happens I hope Sam puts her in her place coz I know she’s capable in speaking for herself. Then Jason will threaten to shoot Amelia’s ass. There you go. :). The couple I love. Go JASAM!.
