Wednesday 7/25/07- All My Children

by

Today’s episode was very pleasant and there was not one thing that I did not like. There were no unnecessary scenes that could make me want to puke, overall it was nice the show is doing a fine job of telling a daytime drama lately. I was just informed that today’s episode was the new head writer’s first episode and I have to say it is well done.

I loved how Erica gave Kendall the speech about Kane women, it was so touching to see her mention Mona. I felt so sorry for Kendall/Ian/Spike and everyone else involved; this is how you tell a dramatic storyline that is very interesting. I really feel for these characters, they brought me with them on their roller coaster of emotion.

It was also nice to see Adam do the right thing, by saving Ava; even in the bad condition he is in right now. What I didn’t enjoy is that Jonathan just jumped on Adam, without knowing the full facts. Jonathan is becoming a very annoying character, AMC could really do without the Jonathan character permanently.

Today was another good Greenlee day-she showed she genuinely loved Spike and that she is very sorry for her actions. This is the event in Greenlee’s life that completely change her forever, I’ve been waiting for her to have an epiphany.

Overall, not bad AMC-very good in writing, directing, acting, and production; this show is, in my opinion, the most interesting show in daytime, at the moment.
